This is an impressionism of Jaffa. I think from what I read It's the oldest part of Tel Aviv-Yafo. An ancient port city in Israel. A lot of archaeological finds are made along the hill top. It's been dated back as far as 3500 years. Napoleon conquered Jaffa in 1799.
