I went to Hobby Lobby and cruised the markdown aisle and came across a createx monoprint kit. Well, this is one of the fun prints I made with it. I will try the tree limbs next. There has been ice on the trees for 2 days now and think the frozen drop at the end of the branches would be interesting to print.

When I took Peedy out for a little break today and heard something. I realized it was the trees making a crinkling Mylar like sound. It's been about 12 years since I have seen this kind of weather. I wonder how long I will enjoy the cold. I suspect not for long.

This was a snapshot I took of a partron in our local gallery. I went slow with the painting, its the first time I really felt good about the skin tones. I have another one in progress from the same show.
